About
Join us for a captivating workshop hosted by visual artist and PhotoTherapy techniques practitioner, Kinga Krzyminska. In this unique event, we will embark on a journey through time as we explore stories from the past through photographs from various archives. Kinga will lead a discussion on the evolution and changes of Family Portraits, comparing them from then to now.
*Bring your own Family Album or photographs from your Family archives and share the captivating stories captured within them. Let’s evoke memories and inspire future generations by revisiting the wonderful past that holds a special place and meaning in our hearts. Allow these stories to be visible and heard once again.
During the workshop, we will engage in a thought-provoking discussion about the meaning and value of family photographs, as well as the importance of displaying them in our homes. We will reflect on questions such as “Why do family portraits matter?”, “How often do you have your family portrait taken?”, and “What family portraits would you like to have taken?”
We extend a special invitation to other creatives, artists, and photographers whose work focuses on family portraiture to join us in these conversations, share their own reflections, and introduce their experiences.
Let’s encourage future family sessions and inspire each other.
