Digital Art for Non-Digital Artists – 3 Session Workshop

How to invite digital media and tech into your creative practise.

For people working in all mediums including: Illustration, ceramics, dance, textiles, sculpture, sound, and everything in-between !

Welcoming people of all technical abilities (even ‘technophobes’) to explore creative technology with curiosity and consideration.

We will cover immersion, interactivity, storytelling, ephemeral arts and how to access digital arts funding. You will be introduced to technologies which will work for your creative practise such as Arduino, the immersion dome, conductive ink and Artificial Intelligence. Expect a lot of inspiration, examples, demonstrations, ideas and discussions.

One ticket provides access to all of the sessions in 3 Plymouth locations:

Session One (23rd Feb) @ Roland Levinsky Building – Centre for iDAT (Institution of Digital Art & Technology)

Session Two (2nd March) @ Devonport Markethall – A world-class space for immersive technology based in Devonport with a 15m projection dome
