Bitesize: Australian and Pacific collections at The Box

Wednesday, February 9

Join Tabitha Cadbury, Curator of World Cultures and Social History at The Box, for a talk about Plymouth’s historical links with Australia and the Pacific.

Tabitha will illustrate the ongoing relationship between these geographically distant places with objects from The Box’s World Cultures collections and 100 Journeys gallery.

Enjoy an introduction to The Box’s new display in the 100 Journeys gallery. Created to complement the ‘Songlines: Tracking the Seven Sisters’ exhibition, it includes Aboriginal artefacts which have not been exhibited before, together with new information about how they were collected and their continuing significance today.

This event is FREE but booking is essential HERE
