Join us this summer for an exciting and unique programme of events and activities that celebrate people, portraits, and photography.

/All about Family Portrait/ family-friendly photography festival at Vacancy Atlas.

Note: Please refer to the event schedule for specific dates, timings and prices of each activity. Capacity on all workshops is limited, so early booking is advised.
From a fun-filled family portrait drop-in session to engaging photography workshops and creative hands-on activities, there will be plenty to make and do for everyone!

Let’s Play Family Portrait!
TUESDAY – SUNDAY between 10am-12pm (drop in at any time)

Parents and children are invited to come together and collaborate in crafting one-of-a-kind family portraits.

A family portrait drop-in session – When was the Last time you had your family portrait taken?
TUESDAY 12pm – 1pm

WEDNESDAY 12pm – 4pm

THURSDAY – SUNDAY 12pm – 3pm

Using traditional analogue methods, we will create a unique and timeless portrait of you and your family (the one you always wanted!) This event is open to all families, including grandparents, and great-grandparents. You can even bring your family pet!

Travels in Time: Exploring Family Portraits and Memories
WEDNESDAY 2-3pm

THURSDAY – SUNDAY 3-4pm

Bring your own Family Album or photographs from your Family archives and share the captivating stories captured within them. Let’s evoke memories and inspire future generations by revisiting the wonderful past that holds a special place and meaning in our hearts. Allow these stories to be visible and heard once again.

Your Heritage
TUESDAY 15th AUGUST, 1-4pm

Understanding your heritage and its impact on your and your family’s identity. What to bring – family photographs, especially from the family archives, related to what identity or sense of belonging means to YOU.

ARTstrology with MystycMon – taster session – Children’s chart
This taster session is for parents to help you understand your children’s journey on this Earthplane, so you can be even more supportive on their path.

WEDNESDAY 16th AUGUST, 1- 2:30pm

ARTstrology with MystycMon – taster session – Artist Astrology Activation
WEDNESDAY 16th AUGUST 3 – 4:30pm

Special reading that is unique to artists – an intro to understanding your creative practice through your birthchart. This taster session will show you that your unique blueprint, your birth chart can tell you what your innate potentials are and how can you unlock it. This reading is to help you to pinpoint your karmic path, “Your Plan”; and “The Universe Plan” for you. Your strengths, possible blockages, even down to the fine details of what kind of projects should you embark on – they can all be found in your birth chart.

SUNDAY 20th 10am – 4pm

30 minutes bookable sessions for Children’s reading & 60 minutes Artist Astrology Activation

This project is the brainchild of Kinga Krzyminska and Maciej Krzyminski, a dynamic duo of visual artists, educators, and parents of two, who are passionate about connecting communities and inspiring individuals through the medium of photography. The event will feature workshops led by Monika Fischbein, who will introduce us to ARTstrology taster sessions :

for parents to help you understand your children’s journey on this Earthplane, so you can be even more supportive on their path.
for artists and creatives – Artist Astrology Activation – an intro to understanding your creative practice through your birthchart.
Monika will also host a very special Workshop ‘Your Heritage’ – understanding your heritage and its impact on your and your family’s identity. (please, refer to Agenda for details)

During the workshop “Travels in Time” we will engage in a thought-provoking discussion about the meaning and value of family photographs, as well as the importance of displaying them in our homes.
