Real Ideas

Real Ideas has been making positive change happen – for people, organisations and places – since 2007.

From supporting young people to find work and develop skills to helping start-ups and enterprises thrive, Real Ideas work to solve problems and create positive and lasting social change.

Real Ideas provide support to businesses across the South West, understanding that social and creative enterprise is a huge part of the economy.

You can never underestimate the importance of helping young people to think differently about themselves, and to open their minds to what it is that they could do in the world of work. That is why it is part of Real Ideas’ mission to help young people find and unlock opportunities both within themselves, and in the outside world, that they otherwise might not have found.

Real Ideas will help you to build your CV, and to access opportunities in any sector, from construction to the creative industries, health and social care to hospitality, and much more. Then, when you’re all set, they will help match-make you to the right job opportunities so you can go for it and get on with it in the working world.

Membership to Real Ideas provides a community of like-minded individuals to collaborate, create, debate and co-work with. Members receive access to support, education, spaces and more through their extensive programme of online and place-based events and experiences. You can join Real Ideas for free to benefit from their support and access to the community right away.
