Singer songwriter Alex Hart has been a leading light in the Plymouth music scene for what feels like a lot more that the number of years that she has been performing.

In this episode of ‘Made in Plymouth’ Richard Ward talks with Alex about her musical inspirations and her collaborations with other artists; in particular Seth Lakeman and Martin Barre both of whom she has toured with, both nationally and internationally.

Alex also gives us some background on the live music scene and her role in curating live events for up and coming local acts at locations that range from The Boston Tea Party and B Bar on Plymouths Barbican to ‘The Candlelit Sessions’ which are held every month at Patchwork Studios, Maker.
