Popeyes Plymouth opening Mural Competition

Competition overview

Popeyes® is coming to Plymouth and, to celebrate the opening, they’re inviting you to enter this incredible one-off competition to create a piece of art for Plymouth’s newest restaurant.

The winning design will be transformed into a show stopping mural taking centre stage in our first ever shop in the South West, opening on New George Street on Thursday 6th April 2023.

This is an unmissable opportunity giving the winner recognition for their work, not to mention a £1,000 cash prize and a year’s supply of Popeyes® famous Chicken Sandwiches*!

Are you ready to create some art? Please read on for the full details.

*T&Cs apply – full details available here.

The Mural

The wall design should be based on Popeyes®, and inspired by the menu, as well as New Orleans, which is where the very first Popeyes® opened. They’d like you to channel the spirit of Louisiana and Mardi Gras, and bring this to life in your work. Please focus on using the Popeyes brand colour palette (outlined here) however, you are not limited to this.

For some Popeyes® inspiration, more information and menus, visit popeyesuk.com and the social media channels @popeyesuk.

Please see below an example of the colour palette and the usual mural of a saxophonist (featured in here in our Ealing restaurant).
